Frequently Asked Questions

FREE HOME DELIVERY FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $80 or $10 flat delivery fee to anywhere in the Sydney Metropolitan area.
Farmer & Son is a small team delivering produce right across Sydney. We therefore can’t deliver to all areas on the same day. So our delivery areas are organised as follows:

MONDAYS
Eastern Suburbs, Inner West & Inner Sydney

TUESDAYS
Eastern Suburbs, Inner West & Inner Sydney
– South Sydney: Maroubra, Malabar & surrounding suburbs

WEDNESDAYS
Eastern Suburbs, Inner West & Inner Sydney
– Western Sydney

THURSDAYS
Eastern Suburbs, Inner West & Inner Sydney

FRIDAYS
Eastern Suburbs, Inner West & Inner Sydney
– Lower North Shore, Northern Beaches & Northern Suburbs, up to Hornsby (will be delivered after 2PM)

SATURDAYS – no deliveries
SUNDAYS – no deliveries
 
All our produce is packed in the morning and delivered in the afternoon between 12pm and 8pm.
No, You don’t need to be home to receive your delivery – just tell us in the notes section at checkout where you like us to leave your box. We can leave this in a safe place that you designate.
You can pay when you checkout online, in person if you are home to receive the delivery or we can email you an invoice after delivery if you aren’t home. 
Produce availability and prices are updated regularly online, however they are subject to change depending on supplies and fluctuating prices. If something you order is out of stock, we will notify you and either try to find a suitable replacement or issue a refund.
