• Farmer & Son cannot be held responsible for any damage or theft to your order when left unattended in the designated area. We recommend that you collect your product box and store as soon as possible.
• In the event of delivery delays beyond our control, you will be advised by phone or email with information of the expected delivery time.
• All orders will be delivered between the hours of 12:00pm – 8:00pm.
• For orders above $80, delivery is FREE.
• For orders below $80, delivery fee of $10 applies.

• REFUND POLICY

In a determination to accomplish customer satisfaction, the buyer can terminate their placed order within 2 HOURS of purchase.

The refund will be provided as per the payment method. To cancel the order, the buyer must contact us immediately.

• METHODS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND?

Credit / Debit Card – Your refund will go back to the same card you purchased on.

Cash / EFTPOS – The amount for that particular item will be deducted from the total invoice on delivery.

• REFUND CYCLE

Complete refund process normally takes about 10-15 working days from the date of confirmation of refund.

• UNETHICAL ORDER & CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of any product purchase is made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes – the particular order/s will be cancelled whatsoever and www.freshfeed.com.au will not be liable to pay any refund to you in all such cases.
